We will gladly exchange any non-sale item for store credit within 14 days of original purchase with all tags attached.

 

All sale items are final.

We will gladly accept returns made online within 14 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached.

 

Refund will be made to the card that was used in the transaction.

Final sale on all clearance, jewelry, and special orders.

 

Item(s) must be unworn, no stains, no smells, no pet hair, tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refund for any returned items, based on its condition.

 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item.

 

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
